Lindsey is a Colorado native, born and raised in Lafayette. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University and brings several years of experience as a support agent for a national real estate appraisal firm.

A real estate investor herself, Lindsey understands the importance of attentive service and clear communication. She brings that perspective to her work as a partner at Cardinal Property Management.

A mother of two, Lindsey enjoys CrossFit, hiking, and spending time with her family.

A Texas native, Matt moved to Colorado to play basketball at Colorado State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. After college, he played professional basketball in Europe before returning to the United States and earning a Master of Science with a focus in Kinesiology from California University of Pennsylvania.

Matt brings more than 15 years of real estate experience as an investor, Certified Residential Appraiser, and property manager. His experience across these roles gives him a practical understanding of property ownership, value, and day-to-day management.

A sports enthusiast, Matt enjoys golf, spending time with his dog Nash, and cheering on his kids at volleyball and basketball games.

Brian is a Colorado native, former professional basketball player, and Owner/Broker of Cardinal Real Estate, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and specializes in the Denver metro, Northern Colorado, and Cheyenne, Wyoming markets.

Following a 13-year professional basketball career overseas, Brian returned home and brought his competitive drive, marketing background, and commitment to teamwork into real estate.

An award-winning broker, Brian combines local market knowledge with experience across the Front Range and Southeast Wyoming. As Cardinal’s Partner/Managing Broker, he brings a collaborative approach and a focus on helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
